Hey I have a turtle beach problem?

For the guy that anounces UAV and all that stuff click the pause button and go into options and sound, you can turn up "game volume" which includes that voice. Try messing with the game volume until you get what you want. modern warefare 3 comes out in november! :D hope that helped
