Can kids be on Broadway?

my kid has singing and acting skills iv ever seen on a 10 year old! She always tells me "Mom im gonna be on Broadway someday and im gonna be Annie!" she really has a dream and i want to try and get that for her........ where can you contact Broadway people,i think she could make it and oh when she sings "Tomorrow" its like a hevens angel!
